1. SHG- Key for Community Mobilization and Development
Formation of SHG was the first step of the organization to gather the women to one forum. The main purpose of it was to empower the women to be self-sufficient and stand on their feet and to be a support to the family, an economic development of the women.

2. Women’s Federation (Mahila Chetna Mandal)
The women’s federation is promoted to safeguard the dignity of women and to become the voice of the voiceless, specially the poor dalit women.
It is to strengthen women’s organization working at various levels and to utilize their collective strength fruitfully for bringing about an overall positive change in their situations.
There are three tire women’s federation working actively in Panchayat level, Block level and District level.
Major vicissitudes carried through the Women’s federation
- Improved participation in the decision-making process in the family and in the local governance.
- Classifying the women’s issues and retorting to it through the federation.
- Trooped to the block, district office and to the police station to address their grievance against harassment, domestic violence and injustice.
- Federation approaching foreword during the time of calamities and flood.
- Celebrated national festivals to show their unity.
- 14500 women participated for the women’s day celebration.

3. Rehabilitation of Widows
The purpose of the formulation n of this group was mainly to bring them to the mainstream of the society and to make them capable of standing on their feet.
The achievement behind forming :
- The group came under one umbrella to be united on the widow’s day.
- The women fought for the rights and for the pension.
- Women became self-independent and earn their livelihood and educated the children.
- The group stood before the family and won the right to property.
- 46 actively functioning SHG group with 670 members in it.
- 134 widows involved with small income generating activity such as petty shop, tea shop, bangles shop, animal husbandry etc.
4. Family cell
Self- Employment is tough in rural areas but it was successful through the small savings of women SHGs as 3546 have taken up different income generation activities. These activities have helped the women and their families to improve their income.
The purpose of the formation of the family cell:
- Keeping up the unity in Families.
- Solving the family conflicts.
- Reduce the number of divorces and broken marriages.
- Solving all kinds of family issues.
- To strengthen the family spirit.
