The programme aims to provide a platform to small and marginal farmers by organizing themselves to bring innovative and sustainable development in farming.

FPO (Farmers producers Organization) is another initiative taken by the organization to encourage the farmers to have better facilities and proper guidance to earn better income.

The main purpose for forming this group was:

• To reduce the Input cause.
• To increase the value of the product.
• To have collective selling.
• To create a value chain.
• To avail better governmental schemes to the farmers.

The Organization has taken keen interest to bring the women forefront of the society and there is a women FPO in Ghazipur district and Mixed Group in Varanasi.
