2. NAV JIWIKA /Skill Training

The Skill training programme of the organization has been designed to provide vocational training and micro entrepreneurship skill to the drop out girls and boys for self- employment and job placement in a standard industry through community workshops and motivational programmes the organization has been able to instill a healthy attitude to dignify of labour especially in the school dropout boys and girls.

The intervention increased skilled job opportunity specially for the adolescents’ girls. Realizing the great opportunity in apparel manufacturing industries, the organization is providing skill training and placement for the youth.

3. Community Based Inclusive Development

Community Based Inclusive Development Programme (CBID) of differently abled is a programme taken up by the organization to realize these objectives and create a disabled friendly community. The persons with disabilities have equal right to opportunities leading to improve their quality of life and fully participate in a society that respect their rights and uphold their dignity.
